As a major shareholder within the football club, the Swans Trust can take on Member complaints in a number of areas. This could be
- Problems with ticketing
- Problems with stewarding
- Concerns fans have with Disabled or OAP access within the Stadium
- Other health, safety and stadium related issues
Due to the amount of time it takes to handle each complaint, the Swans Trust can only take complaints from Trust Members. If you are not a member of the trust then please complete our online application form and we can then deal with your complaint once we have recieved your membership.
If you are a member already, please complete the attached form and send this through to the Trust Offices at 57 St Helens Road, Swansea or mail them to info@swanstrust.com and we will look to take this issue on for you.
Its your club and your future so if you have something to complain about, tell the trust and we will do what we can!
